Our Methodology
Analysis
Every successful implementation invariably depends on how accurately the client's business processes are understood and existing pain points are identified. It is crucial that each step in current workflow of business operations is carefully examined and documented for further processing.
Proposal
Based on information accumulated in the previous stage we prepare a detailed technical proposal which maps the existing business processes to the proposed automation application or software modules for its implementation. During this stage any customization requirements are also highlighted and made a part of the technical proposal. The total cost of implementation is worked out and the time frame for this implementation is also determined. If there is a requirement, a prototype system is developed for client's approval and project go-ahead.
Implement
This phase is the core execution stage and would consist of software deployment, configuration and setup, legacy data migration, customization & development. There is continuous feedback generated from the customer based on which iterative cycles of configuration, development & customization are initiated.
Go-live
Once the implementation has reached the stage where all the client's requirements have been met and the proposed solution is ready to be launched, there is a final UAT (User Acceptance Test) executed in-collaboration with our team and end users and once is it successfully done, the system is put in the production stage (Go-Live).
Support
After the system is delivered to the client there may be further requirements arising after actual usage of the system which is covered up by providing a periodic support for addressing these issues.
